Big Decks & all the cool stuff was founded in 2016 by Tom S. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, Tom started building decks and doing landscaping work rapidly growing solely by word of mouth.
As word of his skills spread, Tom started receiving requests for his services from friends and family. Soon, many commercial and multi-residential clients in the Kitchener - Waterloo area were asking for Big Decks for their next project.
Tom saw the opportunity to turn his passion into a business and officially launched Big Decks in 2023 with the launch of Big-Decks.ca.
During the years leading up to Big Decks's official launch, Tom honed his skills and expanded Big Decks services to include custom woodworking, steel stairs, and railings for residential, commercial and multi-residential projects.
Despite the challenges of the construction industry, Tom have stayed true to his original vision of quality and creativity.
He takes pride in his work and the satisfaction of his clients. While competitors spend tens of thousands on marketing trying to convince potential clients of their work, Big Decks relys on customer refferals and lets the quality speak for itself.
